MEDIA RELEASE

The AnglersChannel and Frenette Join ERS Episodes

NEDERLAND, TEXAS. (MAY 2022)-

Top Production Company and Pro Join Elite Fishing TV

AnglersChannel.com over the years has become an anglers top resource for all things Tournament Bass Fishing. They have the largest tournament calendar on the web for bass fishing tournament anglers and in 2022 and 2023 will be adding the top televised saltwater tournament series to their portfolio helping to produce the Elite Redfish Tournament and Television Series in 2022 and 2023.

The AnglersChannel is also known for great product reviews, fishing industry news and more which will help viewers to see more Elite pros taking part in each.

Already on top networks with their own shows like the AnglersChannel Bass Wrap up airing each year during the 3rd and 4th quarters has often been called a mini-“Sportscenter,” their focus and goal is showcase events across the country to help bring you, the tournament angler and your local tournaments to the limelight. Finally, throughout the year they accompany the TV show with the new AnglersChannel Extra Webcast.

There’s a lot to like about this group and we are excited to partner with them on the Elite Redfish Series but one of the most attractive parts of this partnership is their ability to produce a mixture of the normal formatted post event tournament coverage show with live on the water footage in real time across all Elite social networks. We will work toward that for our 2022 Solo Tour Championship and throughout all covered events in 2023, the ability to go live during the event like MLF and Bassmaster Elite Series do currently is a real game changer. ~Pat Malone CEO and Tour Host.

Mike Frenette a long time professional redfish angler and competitor will bring a unique perspective to the Elite Redfish Series television shows on the Discovery Channel this fall.

The ERS will be heading into their 6th season on the national / worldwide network with exciting solo and team redfish tournament action and extended looks at the Coastal Communities where these large format, high energy events take place. Mike Frenette, owner of the Redfish Lodge of Louisiana where Mike and his 2 sons have specialized in making big redfish dreams come true for their customers since 1986. One has only to look at the front page of their website here to see an impressive list of testimonials from some of the top names in professional fishing that have had their own Redfish Lodge of Louisiana experience. Bill Dance, Roland Martin, Mark Zona and Shaw Grigsby know better than most what a big time fishing experience is and each has lived one with Mike and his sons.

We are excited to have Mike return to the stage to offer the angler’s point of view to the viewers as he did a few years back and we know that the show and sport will benefit from his experience. ~Pat Malone.

Watch an episode with Mike and the host on stage during a past season here and stay tuned as we get underway this Saturday and Sunday in Bay St. Louis Mississippi with the Silver Slipper Show, presented by Visit Bay St. Louis Mississippi.
