Annual admin fee reserves spot in a tournament and will be invoiced with deposit or payment in full automatically. Admin and deposit due Monday 14 days prior to Monday the week of the tournament. Payment in full must be made by Monday 7 days prior to Monday the week of the tournament. Electronic payment svc fees will be applied to amount. Admin and entry fees are non refundable non transferable unless the tour changes the dates or location after payment is made and does so without a publicly predicted storm or other dangerous conditions. See rule #10 for clarification.
